  Vendor Guidelines

• Vendor Area  
  • Vendor Space $100
  • PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR SETUP; IF NOT, THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN YOUR SETUP.
  • Includes 1 table, 1 chair and one registration.
  • FYI: Vendor area is located in the rear of the main sanctuary; therefore, we will have a very limited number of vendors.
    
• Vendor Badge
  • Upon arrival, you will receive a Vendor Badge and your table number; please wear badge at all times.
  • Each vendor is allowed one additional person at their table, but that individual will have to register for the conference.
    
• Vendor Products
  • You are allowed to showcase the items noted and approved in the agreement.
  • Two Vendors cannot share one table.
  • Clothing vendors may use the space behind their table to setup a rack.
  • Be sure your area is neat; cluttered spaces are not allowed.
  • No items are allowed on the sides, neither in front of your Vendor table
  • You may affix banners and or advertisements to your table only, but nothing is allowed on the walls.
  • Endorse your products within your area, but please respect guests and do not impose your products upon them.
